TANNA FOX
International Certified Nutritionist
Tanna Fox is the owner and founder of Live Right Nutrition. She is a graduate in Health Education and an International Sports Science Certified Nutritionist. She specializes in holistic nutrition, gut health, weight loss & wellness coaching.
Tanna has worked with hundreds of clients on how to set goals while helping them achieve their full potential in digestion, metabolism, gaining lean muscle, fat loss, and energy balance. She has a deep love for fitness and understands the power of food and the natural rhythm of our bodies' circadian cycle. Tanna also is the sports nutritional consultant for MVP Sports Science Institute in Holladay, Utah. Counseling with young elite athletes and guiding their nutrition intake to help them maximize their performance and enhance their strengths.
Tanna is passionate about food and consults clients one-on-one, but also teaches small private group classes in the community or can be found coming to your home for hands-on demonstrations. She shares the critical importance of prebiotics and “eating the rainbow”, the benefits of sprouting grains, along with active live probiotics in homemade kefir, cultured vegetables, and kombucha.
Living a “Balanced Bite of Life” is her motto for all things and enjoys staying active herself with yoga, skiing, mountain biking, tennis, and experimenting with healthy recipes. Having four beautiful daughters, she values her time in creating a home where emotional, spiritual, and physical health is a priority. Tanna and her husband Bill, find joy in traveling and spending time together with family and friends. She cherishes her relationships with people and truly loves working with others to help them find a better quality of life.

Our Team
Our team is comprised of experts in positive psychology, psychiatry, marriage and family therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and organizational behavior. We have partnered with Tanna Fox, an International Sports Science Certified Nutritionist, and soon-to-be- Master Level Nutritionist, to create this workshop series.
Through our network of integrative mental wellness clinics and our virtual offerings we meet clients wherever they are on the continuum from mental illness to flourishing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
FAQ's
We strongly encourage it! Our sessions are unique because we practice what we are learning hands-on. It’s different from a course or a webinar where you just sit back and watch someone else do it, or you're simply asking questions in a chat while observing. With that said, there is only about ~10-15 minutes each session where everyone participates in small groups, so if you're an introvert, we've got your back!
We do understand that things come up and each lesson will be available in the app. But we recommend you watch the recording as soon as possible so you have ample time to practice what is taught. Access to the recordings expires after 30 days of the coaching.
Yes! The Ampelis app increases your learning through thoughtful reminders and prompts to apply what you learn in the workshops. Many individuals say the app is one of the best parts of Ampelis workshops as it also provides an opportunity for discussion and connection to their community. Additionally, on the app is where you have access to the class recordings.
Tanna Fox is a Certified Nutritionist, past personal trainer, and typically works with clients one on one where she can dive deep into their existing food intake, habits, goals, physical and mental symptoms and more. She will be sharing the same protocols and counsel she shares in private coaching, in the group format. You will receive direct guidance from her and will have the ability to ask her questions but will have follow up and support through the Ampelis app in contrast to additional private calls and texts like you would with a coach.
We recommend this for an optimal experience, but we know you are making a sacrifice of your time and money to join so whatever way you do that, we support you! We do 2-3 break-out discussions or exercises in small groups during each session, so we also encourage you have your camera on if possible to increase engagement and focus.
