Jesika Harmon

Certified Meditation Instructor & Coach
  • Whether it's working with clients 1x1, teaching group classes to adults or teens, or guiding her five children through a Sunday evening meditation, Jesika Harmon has dedicated thousands of hours to helping others learn the tools of mindfulness and meditation. 

     

    As a Sura Flow Certified Meditation Instructor Jesika is  

    passionate about teaching others how to use mindfulness and meditation because they have literally changed her life. She believes that life happens FOR us not TO us and has worked with hundreds of individuals helping them experience the peace and power that comes when you have the tools to handle and grow from any challenge life brings. 

    Jesika's biggest blessings are her husband Robbie, and their five children. She loves sunshine, being in nature, reading good books, green smoothies, and dance parties (that are always full of laughter) with her family

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experts in positive psychology, psychiatry, marriage and family therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and organizational behavior. 

Through our network of integrative mental wellness clinics and our virtual offerings we meet clients wherever they are on the continuum from mental illness to flourishing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

FAQ's

  • We strongly encourage it! Our sessions are unique because we practice what we are learning hands-on. It’s different from a course or a webinar where you just sit back and watch someone else do it, or you're simply asking questions in a chat while observing. With that said, there is only about ~10-15 minutes each session where everyone participates in small groups, so if you're an introvert, we've got your back!

     

    We do understand that things come up and each lesson will be available in the app. But we recommend you watch the recording as soon as possible so you have ample time to practice what is taught. Access to the recordings expires after 30 days of the coaching.

  • Yes! The Ampelis app increases your learning through thoughtful reminders and prompts to apply what you learn in the workshops. Many individuals say the app is one of the best parts of Ampelis workshops as it also provides an opportunity for discussion and connection to their community. Additionally, on the app is where you have access to the class recordings. 

  • Mindfulness is the art of bringing your attention/awareness into the present moment.​ Meditation is a practice for the past and future. It creates healing, rest, and changes the mental state for longer periods of time. ​This workshop will incorporate both elements as it teaches science-baked principles and practices of focusing on and controlling your breath, thoughts, and physical state.

  • We recommend this for an optimal experience, but we know you are making a sacrifice of your time and money to join so whatever way you do that, we support you! We do 2-3 break-out discussions or exercises in small groups during each session, so we also encourage you have your camera on if possible to increase engagement and focus.

She believes that every person has enormous potential and abilities to change.     Kim’s inspiration comes from her joyful life on a potato farm, where she lives with her wonderful husband and their four children.
